The Hostel pt. III

We had a pretty nice 'family-dinner' on sunday. Just Lisa is missing. The new staff-member Robin cooked and yesterday he made a time lapse in our kitchen. Just a usual evening in our little kitchen.

Yesterday, I started my day quite early to go on a little tour in the cold. 

These two skiers took me along to a logging road; a totally new thing to me. Except for the chain mounting. But Alex's chains were kind of tricky ... 

... so we had to mount them "the Canadian way". Fortunately, Alex had some wire.

Cal, enjoying the cold ride up the logging road. He almost lost a toe this day and made some concerning noises on our way back home. - 27 °C can definitely hurt.

The arrival on the top of our skiing-spot. After a little lunch break, we went down ...

... and up again ...

... through winter-wonderland.

On our way back home I practised my drive-by shooting skills. Hopefully, you like this tourist-shot.
